What we collect
We collect contact details, repair information, household or organization context, consent records, notes, and optional photos or documents needed to review and coordinate requests.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, immigration status, or detailed medical diagnoses in the MVP.
How we use information
We use information to review eligibility, coordinate safe repairs, manage volunteers and partners, maintain donor or sponsor interest records, and operate the organization.
No sale or marketing transfer
Applicant information is not sold and is not routed into a for-profit sales or marketing system.
Retention and deletion
Operational records may be kept for up to seven years unless a shorter period is required or approved. Admins can anonymize PII by removing names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses while retaining aggregate status and decision data.
